WebSpirit of elid quest glitch. Unable to clear river path. I am unable to clear the river path which requires you to hit the target with a ranged weapon. I have tried a magic bow, ascenssions, sunspear, eoc and legacy and cant get this to work. Anyone able to help. Seems to be a lot of previous people having issues with this same thing.
