Web22 de jun. de 2024 · The "Blame" view of GitHub and Gitlab has a feature called "View blame prior to this change". With the feature, you can easily jump to an older change of the line. I think it would be useful if Redmine also has the feature. Currently, it requires some manual steps to see older changes in the "Annotate" view of Redmine. Web8 de jul. de 2024 · There is an "annotate" option for the blame view, but without the "prior to this change" feature. Each annotate line has its own commit reference: you can click on that commit, then diff, and you will see what was before that commit. Not as straightforward as GitHub. Web27 de ago. de 2024 · Your simplest path will be to list your own commits in some file and use --ignore-revs-file. If your git blame is too old, consider upgrading Git; if that's not possible, note that git blame starts from (and then works backwards from) any specified revision, so you can simply pick some revision before your change. Web29 de jun. de 2024 · It should not have been necessary to copy the files to a new repo in the first place. The reorganization should have happened as a normal commit.
