I've also cleared the cache and data on the phone app. The t mobile said to reset all network settings, turn off the phone and turn it back on after 2 minutes. Just make sure after you reset the network settings and turn the phone back on the wifi calling is disabled. Having the same issue with my pixel 6 on TMobile.
