I'm having no luck with dady yeast and nutrient for a sugar wash. I used 25lbs of sugar per keg load(15gal). Starting sg 1.09. After a week it went to 1.080 and stopped. WebI just mashed 4 kilos of arborio rice and pitched the recommended amount of Fermaid-O nutrient 36 hours after fermentation began. Yeast was Red Star DADY. Airlock is bubbling like crazy. Fermaid-O is the best of the nutrients I've tried so far. YMMV.
